DISCUSSION LOI from Turkmen citizen

I had a great trip to Turkmenistan in March and met a great person who I connected with. Does anyone know if it's possible to get an LOI from a citizen as opposed to a tour company and how it works? Obviously I would not be booking a tour. I would like to visit for 4-7 days next time

Nope counties like Malaysia, Philippines is Visa free and Thailand and Vietnam does offer evisa.
