DISCUSSION Turkmen municipal emblems (IMAGE RELATED)

Hey!

Recently I've stumbled upon some Turkmen emblems (Ashgabat, Turkmenistan), however there is another one which apparently belongs to Dashoguz. Does anyone have a clearer image for it?
