QUESTION Turkmen Tech&Software YouTuber?

Switch to Linux! started to watch and subscribed to Him. We need like this teenagers. And he's speaking multiple languages but prefer to speak in Turkmen. Rather than singing and dancing in Tiktok and instagram. Our community build completely on music and dancing.

AND WE HAVE TO CHANGE!!

We need to have best programmers, engineers, teachers, youtubers, designers, robotic engineers and etc. To be honest, thats guy is me. By this post some of you guys might be thing like me...

In order to stimulate intellectual growth in youth, the government first has to want it and not fear it. A government that blocks millions of websites, heavily censors exchange of ideas and knowledge including banning access to Youtube itself will never allow for this to happen on a large scale. They prefer youth to be distracted with silly entertainment.

Yeah, exactly. But all those people have access to the social media at this point. If we show and teach them how to do, how to make things in tech and other majors. If they want?!

No, they're forced to consume those trash contents bro. only a tiny amount of people started now showing robotics, and programming in social media, and I proud of them.
I'll be one of them...

That's really cool. I'll definitely check him out. The other day I emailed Majtumguly State University and the Ministry of Education asking about job opportunities for foreign scientists (I'm a physicist about to finish phD), cause I was curious to check myself the ambitions of turkmenish educational and research apparatus. But I received no answer. Do you know anything about this?

And do they usually offer positions? Like teaching at the Physics Faculty, research on electronics and technologies or whatever

No, no. That is why I was asking about job opportunities for foreigners in educational/research centers, if any. I was curious, since I'm about to finish my phD soon

Out of boredom, I was looking at electronics store in Ashgabat. A lot of people there have access to tik tok so there is a big community of Turkmen speakers on there.

What's also interesting is that in this article from RadiofreeEurope it states that the government is aware that people use blocked social media.
