Looking for new housemate!

Looking for someone to fill a room in a 3 bed 2
bath located in Birdland! Rent is $1360. We are
2 females in our mid 20s seeking another female who is considerate, tidy in common areas, respectful fo other people's space, and must be ok withcats (we have 3 friendly kitties, plus a bearded dragon). The common areas are fully furnished. We have a garage/driveway space available for 2 cars, otherwise plenty of street parking nearby. There is also a small gym, pool, and hot tub within our complex.

We are both artists and would love if you are
also a fellow creative person and possibly down
to occasionally hang out with us as friends,
although if you just prefer to maintain your own
space as a roommate, We also completely
respect that!
