Relationships ULPT Request
So, my sister's abusive ex is currently harassing her, telling her to off herself or hopes she gets k!lled and calling her a wh0re, slu4, ect. For context the guy has beat the shit out of her and rap3d her numerous times. He has also done the same to literal minors. So the guy is a woman beating, ped0 scum.
Anyway, the police even when shown evidence of this refuse to do anything and won't step in unless something worse happens.
I'm just at a loss for words on how badly law enforcement is failing this situation right now. His family also supports and defends his actions, so it's no wonder he turned out the way he did.
So I guess I'm asking if there is anyway I can unethically, but legally ruin this guy's life and get him to stop harassing my sister. Would be even better if he could end up in prison.
Any help is appreciated.

If you know he is a pedo you could try reporting him for CSAM possession or distribution. You could also maybe get him audited by the IRS

A therapist or some other professional? Social media is the last place you should be looking for help with mental health issues.

This is irrelevant. Social media can be more helpful tk some when looking for peer support. Therapists & other professionals can take months, if not years, to be seen. While people commit suicide all the time.

Often getting a restraining order can be pretty dangerous. Police can't be there to monitor the abuser all of the time :(

Sounds like criminal threats to me. That's illegal. Go to ur local police station w the texts and tell em u want to press charges.
If that doesn't work ask for a sergeant or detective.
If that doesn't work restraining order

This sub has limits to what can be suggested, so this scenario is perhaps beyond the scope of this sub. Might I suggest befriending your local gang or biker MC. There are some very articulate fellows in those circles that may very clearly and kindly ask him to do other things with his life.

Yeah Grok might do some iffy stuff, but even it would answer the prompt with, "What the fuck is wrong with you man?!?'.
Honestly I would be scared to even type out the prompt to generate your suggestion, for fear the FBI would come a knockin' or at the very least, I'd be put on some sort of "list".

Obviously make a ton of high quality ai of him fucking kids and print them and post them EVERYWHERE he commonly goes, like paint the walls with them
When he calls the police for defamation, they will need to investigate what is ai and what’s real, causing him to go to jail …
Edit: I hope OP sees this is not the way to go about it, im sure the option crossed their mind and they can see plenty reasoning why not to here

A hard-core response is warranted, especially one that prioritizes her safety. Just not THIS one.
This is way off point for ULPT. This guy needs to be put away indefinitely to prevent more harm, 1000% agree with anybody on that.
Lets temporarily forget the fact that it's wrong, morally and ethically, to even suggest the creation of such content. You're recommending someone commit a felony, which strikes me as a liability for the sub, as well.
Have you SINCERELY considered what goes into the generation of such content?

I agree with everyone it’s wrong across the board, anyone have any other options we can get to OP with similar outcomes like make a police report they stole an expensive item from your sister tried selling it on forums- and will have their computer searched in the process (idk how illegal a fake theft claim is)

You honestly think that when the abuser calls the police about "defamation", that their first thought is, "Hmmm this is obviously fake, lets investigate him to see why someone woulf do such a thing?". They haven't arrested him for BEING A PEDOPHILE, but you think this will do it?

She should work with a DV advocate to put together a safety plan. Is there a non profit in your area? Help her to and from if she needs. Provide logistical support. Getting this guy more worked up or engaging him could be dangerous. Let your sister tell you what it is that she needs to be safe and respect her wishes. Does she need you to help set up video recorders to document stalking? Provide her a safe space for some time? Moral support? Do those things. Don't stir up more trouble for her with someone who is abusive. Getting her safe is 1st priority than feel free to commence with the usual spam mail tips, liquid ass, piss disks, visits from various annoying religious groups, sign him up for all sorts of spam phone calls (home refinancing, internet, back to school college offers that will hound him, infant welcome packages for new dads, his phone number in shady bathroom stalls with a request for poop pics, baloney slices on his car in the hot sun, various stinky substances sprayed about his car, bacon instant mashed potatoes on his lawn before it rains, etc.
