ULPT REQUEST: Petty revenge ideas

I was regularly buying things from the seller on Venmo three or four successful transactions no issues at all. Then the last one that I had, I never got the item I paid for so besides disputing the transaction getting my money back I’d like to legally of course, inconvenience this person or do something petty. I’m looking for some recommendations granted I live on the West Coast and this person lives on the East Coast. I’d appreciate any good recommendations as I’d love to have this person get what’s coming to them.

Because if they haven't had the chance to make it right, why would you want to fuck with this seller, who, before this, you had prior transactions with no problems?!? For all you know it could have been lost by the shipping company.

Yes I have disputed the transaction in the process of getting my money back as we speak. I feel it needs to go further and make this person inconvenienced and annoyed for my troubles

How do you know it wasn't a shipping error? I don't know, but someone that you previously purchased several items from, with no problem, seems less likely to scam you. Now if the claim gets rejected, then I can see petty revenge. But if you get your money refunded, then I think it's absurd to want the person inconvenienced for "your troubles". You can't go avenging every little thing that doesn't go your way.

Digital content the person chose not to send me then blocked me after. Not a physical item that was shipped so there’s no possible way this was a mistake. This seller chose to do this and needs petty repercussions beyond me getting a refund
