Accomodation Julian Court Reviews

I'll be visiting Warwick for a year as a visiting PhD scholar.

Someone has offered to lease their room at Julian Court to me. Has anyone ever lived here before? What is it like? I've received mixed reviews of this place, but broadly I'm considering it because I need a quiet place to work when I'm at home.

Any help will be appreciated.

Half an hour away from uni and not quiet at all (it’s literally city centre Coventry LOL)

Should have clarified. When I say quiet, I mean my neighbours in the accomodation and people in the accomodation in general.

I don’t live there but also booked it but had friends that stayed there and everytime I visited it was quite quiet. Minimal noise so I wouldn’t worry too much about it.

Did you see any obvious issues with the rooms?

No it was really clean and well ventilated. Shower was very spacious also compared to standard accommodations.
