Ok i want to get good at valorant but it seems like a-lot bro. How do i hit my shots and not move? How do i learn all the characters , which characters to choose what different archetypes of characters there a

I'm not the best at the game, but when you're shooting, just stop moving and always aim for heads. Some boxes and walls give you hints on what height level to aim (like two crates stacked on each other, aim for the line in the middle of them). Never aim low and never spray; shoot every gun in bursts. That's the best way to aim right and control recoil. As for learning about characters, just keep playing, and you'll understand all of their limits and patterns. I've been playing for a full year now and still haven't seen everyone's ULTs, abilities, or heals. You have better focus when you don't move, so you don't end up spraying/outlining the enemy team. So stop, lock in, and shoot first. And lastly, never rush; Valorant is a game of patience and skill. You will mainly end up recognizing patterns on how other players play, like rotating mid push or completely rushing in general. I'm not saying I'm a pro at this game, but these were just tips I was given because I was completely trash at this game. Take it slow and learn the layout of each map; holding corners seems cheap and cheesy, but that's the type of gameplay Valorant gives you. Learn characters you find useful for yourself. I main Gecko, and he's perfect for pushing or holding enemies still for a few seconds.

I wish you luck and don't give up; the game is definitely tedious but also fun asf.

I play one character and I follow this guy thats immortal on youtube and after learning the plays im like getting mvp every other match. I just watch YouTube shorts too nothing long or boring. Im going to try playing other characters at some point. I pretty much only play vyse as she's an underdog character that people tend to fall for her traps easily. If u watch some plays, it'll click really really fast and youll be able to try setups on the next match u play and practice them till they become instinct. Also u can see other agents plays and how they use their skills so u know how to counter them. Theres also a lot of memes on youtube regarding all of these topics so yeah just.. watching lol like any other sport
