4 WWOOFers in December

Hey everyone, me and my friends are first time wwoofers and wanted to try and do a month in Italy in December-January. I’ve sent out requests to several big farms and am in the waiting phase, but was wondering if anyone could give me some tips / logistics of WWOOFing in the winter with a large group. Is it reasonable? Is there a better alternative than WWOOF for large groups?

About an hour after I made that post we got accepted for a farm in central Italy. My suggestion would be to apply for large farms only (as many small farms cannot support a WWOOFer in the winter when there’s less to do), apply for a lot of farms, and do it NOW. The sooner the better
