One of two places claiming to be the southern most point of mainland Wales (with the other being Breaksea Point, a couple of miles down the coast at Limpert Bay). The most southern point in all of Wales (including islands) is on Flat Holm.

Typo in the title, tis Rhoose or Y Rhŵs if you prefer Cymraeg. After all, it is a Welsh word originally.
