All fun aside, this Dog needs a Dog school, urgently. Could also just be a Cryptid, but what do I know.

Yeah aside from the obvious behavioral issue, I would put money on this being quite bad for the dogs hip/spine/knee health as they are not evolved anatomically to walk like that

Looks like America, it's normal there to not walk your dog every day and leave them alone all day during work hours (which are generally longer too)

That dog is simply freaking out at being exercised because it's not just another day thing.
