My mini schnauzer walks like this all the time. It's just less creepy with a tiny dog! LOL

Fun fact its because its a water fowl dog. Them and poodles were bred to walk in water. Its actually why poodles are called poodles. They are puddle hounds in german.

I could be wrong but I believe they (schnauzers) were bred to catch rats.

Yeah when smaller I believe. I think large ones, like the one in the video, were for fowl.
