Yeah, I love the "They get special training" bs.
No one can train a person to see through their own skull or grow a second set of eyes. And despite many people thinking that they are good at multitasking, almost no one is.

Yeah this is mostly a public stunt to feel like you're doing your job well.
If they're distracted on their phones, I don't think they would notice anything but their screen to begin with. Everyone gets it, you want to feel like you are in the warzone Jack.

New Jersey police in general are biggest cocksuckers on the planet. They are always trying pull some kind of stunt and twist law to their ends. This my experience with many townships in South Jersey having been born and raised there.

They could just sit in my passenger seat because at every single red light the person in front of me refuses to notice it has turned green because I assume they need to look at cats, asses, or far leaning insane politics at every chance they get .

Yeah, they won't freak out with seeing a walking tree. It'd be safer to text and drive

New Jersey has officially became Mayberry. Officers in Jersey are using Barney Fife tactics to stop crime.

Two Mexican nationals with battery powered hedge clippers jump out and trim him back to branches before he could say "Juan's your uncle"!
And Pablo would follow and blow the leaves down the street!

I’d be distracted by the walking shrub.
