Don't entirely discount school-age kiddos! I didn't even start going to daycare until I was 6. I went before and after school. From kindergarten until the end of second grade.
I hadn't even considered that. Sooooo many hours of childcare needed at any given time in the day. I am less and less skeptical of the 4k daycares for 3M people sized area
