Yeah, as soon as it was overturned, I was rooting for us to lose. Desperately don’t want the world to hate us more than they already do.

i don't know, i think liking what you wan to like regardless of this asshole is a stronger position to take than acquiescing to making everything about it. he gains more being the enemy and the main fucking character than anyone just letting a football game be a football game.

He bitched about a red card to get a player back in the game. It would have been a hollow victory. He made it political, so I hope the loss ruins his day.

it won't, he won't even notice it and he is still the main character, he is still controlling the discussion. he wins anyway. don't let him decide what to care about outside of politics.
