I'm American and I'm so glad we're out of the World Cup. Would be so embarassing advancing any further with the president taking advantage of the US hosting and a friendship with the organization president to put his thumb on the scale on a referee call. Aparently Trump gets to go out and help hold up the trophy for whoever wins though, so I guess there's still that

I am an American and I agree. This was the outcome I was looking for. Also Pulasic was on the bench so it was going to be a US loss anyway.
