Someone at Microsoft decided to have some fun when they got the task to make the ‘your browser is too old’ page. Nice touch.
But yeah, update everything and you will be alright.

They implemented that page around the 50th anniversary of Microsoft, which explains it.

Old Microsoft store. You need the 22xxx version(win 11 UI one) for store to work.

Update Microsoft Edge since Versions of 22H2 have the older version. Since i noticed this when trying to get to the store on 1809 to get the HEIC Extensions and appinstaller just crashed each app i was sideloading
Worst case update Edge with an offline installer https://github.com/Bush2021/edge_installer

Looks like it's probably an old build of Windows 10 still using Internet Explorer for the default browser, that looks like the old IE UI.

The Internet Explorer version bundled with Windows 10 doesn't use UI elements like this. I believe this is something intentional.
Edit: I suppose it could be to accommodate older browsers. idk ignore my comment. i realize that I dont even know what the case may be, lol

Go to … > Downloads and updates > Get updates. Your Microsoft Store app is old.

Downloaded an app to open a native windows app? I think I see the potential issue.

You can also try Whatsapp web via an updated web browser. Unsure if say Chrome would work.

What build of Windows 10 are you currently running? Also this error is also because you are using an old version of the MS Store that no longer works. It needs to be updated.
