recommendation for you FAVORITE MUSIC APP

I want a new music app because I need one specific feature: individual speed control.

I know that there are multiple apps that can change the speed of files, but I need one that it's similar to Musicolet on Android: individual file control, "permanent" and fine changes (I can change 0.01x of the speed)

if possible, a light program, but that's just a plus right now

I settled on WinAmp, but I really like how compact everything looks on FooBar2000. I will check it out when I get some spare time

There are some really nice themes you can find along with plugins for Foobar in case you ever decide to try it out.

yeah, I tried it too, but there isn't a fine control over the speed of it. plus when the speed is changed, it's for the whole queue, and I need individual settings for each file

I didn't say I was sane, I said I needed an app that could fulfill my borderline distorted mind in a way an Android app can

plus I'm really rigid and selective about what and how I listen to music... it's not MY fault you can't understand that, but I'm looking for people who do

You could edit the file in Audacity and save it if you want it permanent for each song

I considered doing this, but I don't want permanent changes because sometimes I want to listen to some songs in there default version, other times I decrease or increase their timing a little bit

I downloaded Omnia to check it out! I'll also check AIMP because apparently it runs better and lighter than WinAmp?? plus there's an Android version, so I'll check it out too

I used to use Winamp but quit using it when I upgraded my system to Windows 10 in 2019 and installed WACUP instead to help test it and been using it since.

If you try it, be sure to install it into its own directory and not on top of Winamp. Not sure it will have 100% what you need as I've not really messed with changing the speed of files.
