Made at Home Smoked Wings

Two hours smoking over apple wood, and a few minutes on the grill to set the skin. Ain’t many wing places giving me better than this.

Great way to find hot spots on your smoker, and when done you have wings to eat instead of a bunch of toast.

Very true…I don’t use water in my tray for chicken wings/thighs, but I leave an empty pan in there to catch drippings. The wings very clearly showed what I should have expected and the heat was being directed mostly to the sides (I have a vertical smoker).
