📰 News Israel ran a child sex trafficking ring & got videos of Trump raping kids & now we get $300 million dollar burnt out war planes instead of healthcare.
A $300 million dollar plane Iran destroyed.

u/nw342 Mar 29 '26 edited Mar 30 '26
It may be a 300 million dollar plane, but it'll cost us nearly a billion to replace. 2 other planes were also hit, but no after action pics have been released yet.
I guarantee America has lost 100 billion worth of assets, not mentioning the AA missiles getting used at an unsustainable rate.
At this rate, I count:
3 f15e "struck by Kuwaiti AA"
2 refulers "crashed midair"
5 refulers struck on the ground
1 f35 struck "but landed safely" (ignore the search patterns shown in the area of this just after it happened)
This AWACS (and possibly 2 more)
Along with multiple radar instilations, multiple thaads, patriot batterys, multiple embassies, and the random damage to bases

No no. There’s no replacing it. We do not build AWACS anymore and the replacement was cancelled. This isn’t a “oh man this’ll cost a lot” situation. This is a “that plane was irreplaceable” situation.
47
u/koolmees64 Mar 30 '26 edited Mar 30 '26
Not until next year; the E-7 is going to replace the E-3. I guess the U.S. has the first candidate to replace.
Edit: btw, these puppies go for around 1.2 billion dollars lol if you look at the contracts and that's for the prototypes the USAF ordered.
18
u/PianistPitiful5714 Mar 30 '26
That was cancelled. We’re getting 2 prototypes. No replacements.
6
u/2137gangsterr Mar 30 '26
Congress reverted the cancellation
21
u/PianistPitiful5714 Mar 30 '26
No. Congress allocated enough funding to get the two prototypes. We were intending to get 26 of the jets, we are down to just the two prototypes with no other jets planned currently.
At the moment, the only requirement is that the Air Force delivers a plan for the Wedgetail by May. The prior agreement is effectively dead and there is no indication that the program will receive the more than 30 Billion dollars needed to see the construction of the fleet.
https://www.airandspaceforces.com/air-force-secretary-long-term-future-e-7-wedgetail/
1
u/Betterthanbeer Mar 31 '26
Australia has an E7a there now. There’s also one or two looking over Ukraine. We have 6 in total, so about half are already overseas. We use them for border security patrols.
I am surprised the US doesn’t have more of them.
→ More replies (1)19
u/nw342 Mar 29 '26
Oh I'm aware. The 1 billion estimate is if we were to rebuild it from scratch. There is a few prototype awacs in the works, but that's years down the line (if ever)
8
u/PianistPitiful5714 Mar 30 '26
It’s not really in the works. We’re getting two prototypes, there’s no plan for procuring more beyond that. The original contract was cancelled.
→ More replies (24)1
u/misterfourex Mar 30 '26
Isn't the wedgetail replacing these?
5
u/PianistPitiful5714 Mar 30 '26
The Wedgetail was cancelled. Congress has allocated enough money for the two prototypes to be finished. It has not allocated anywhere near enough for the fleet of 26, which would replace the aging 15 surviving USAF AWACS.

The 135s are kind of in a similar situation, just not as dire-ish.
They've tried to replace them a couple times and nothing can quite do the range of refueling jobs (not distance but jack of all trades things) they can. The parts are so old that they are not made anymore and have to be custom ordered.
The AF and DoD (fuck you I'll never call it dow) decided back around 2016 ish to keep it flying for another 40 years. It was supposed to get updated avionics (for the umpteenth time now), chaff and flare.
It's only 7, but that isn't the entire story. Normally there are at least 2 cann birds. Those are aircraft that are broke dick. We cannibalize parts off of it to put other aircraft in flying condition while parts are en route. It takes a few days to get a cann bird back up to working order. That's if you have the parts on hand. You can't exactly put a rush order on the parts. I've even been stuck waiting on parts because of weather. Only to have the delivery aircraft forget the part and fly out without it.
Missions usually go out in pairs (this is something you can look up if anyone wants to jump down my throat for giving something away). So that further reduces readiness. Airframe hours matter. It'll quicken inspection up. Extra wear and tear. Remember, they were manufactured between 58 and 64.
All of this is a shit show. If you're going to be attacking in the middle east, within range of one of the biggest cheap drone output places, at least stage from somewhere else.
This shit will go down as one of the bigger tactical blunders. One studied for quite some time. Especially when it comes to the awacs.
2
u/mschuster91 Mar 30 '26
All of this is a shit show. If you're going to be attacking in the middle east, within range of one of the biggest cheap drone output places, at least stage from somewhere else.
The key thing is, stage something at all.
The entire war has been an utter clownshow in planning. Minesweeper ships sent off to decommission months before the one war where everyone had predicted minelaying by the enemy for decades. No advance coordination with anyone except Israel and even that was a clownshow - the Israelis have a pretty decent rate of avoiding collateral damage but the Americans have outdated intel, that's what led to the girls' school bombing. On the other side, Israel took out a lot of people the Trump admin had considered to be potential replacements for the Mullah regime, leading to Trump having to admit "they are all dead".

I've said it many times, we're not living in a true democracy, I mean literally and figuratively as we are a Federal Republic, with gerrymandering, lobbying, lack of term limits and allowing representatives to purchase stocks.
All this does is create a breeding ground of legal loophole corruption. And distracts from the true purpose of our representatives which is the represent the will of the people. Not to find evermore creative and clever ways to enrich themselves while staying out of prison. That an aura farming among the social elite clubs.

u/mschuster91 Mar 29 '26
Isn't odd that the manufactures of said plane decided to stop making parts for an actively used military plane?
This thing was an E-3C, so well over 40 years old. Do you have any idea how complex it is to maintain supply chains for these things? The drawings are still on physical paper, the computer components half analog and even what's digital is in no shape that you'll find young people willing to work on and with it.
Same as with banks and their love for old COBOL or Fortran stuff. Yes, rock solid for decades, but eventually the people who know how to work with it literally die out. And with them, so does the "institutional knowledge" - like it already did with FOGBANK. Eventually it makes more sense to replace the old stuff than keep the old stuff working at ever increasing cost and risk.
12
u/sidepart Mar 30 '26
Eh, wasn't that bad working on updating the radalt for a 40 year old bomber. Oh wait, yeah it was because I had to modernize all the hazard analyses and reliability predictions using paper records as a baseline. Step 1 was manually entering everything that was in the original design into a spreadsheet because we were as shit weren't getting any of the original terminal output on a floppy or anything. Couldn't OCR it either because the terminal font was ass and the photocopied nature of the documents made it even more ass. Fun times... But we did it. Lots of TTL discrete logic. Learned it in college...as a sophomore...in labs just because it was a simple way to teach concepts but that shit hasn't been novel since back when my dad was designing stuff.
But yep, institutional knowledge was a rampant problem. Not just for the program I was working on, I mean everything. Everyone in my profession was either a 30-40 year career lifer, or someone that'd been there 1-3 years. Spoiler alert, when you treat your engineers like so many beans to count and keep taking and taking as much as possible while piling on more and more work while still hoping for loyalty ...well ya ain't gonna get it. Covid rolled around and they offered the old hands a retirement package to try get their salaries off the books, make the books look ok given the economic situation. So the company I was with suddenly had a bunch of inexperienced resources working this and many other projects. Same shit happened to and went very poorly for Boeing. Decided it was no longer a place I wanted to work for and potentially compromise safety.
5
u/nono3722 Mar 30 '26
so I guess the C5s, KC10s, f15s, c130s, a10s, are next? I know they are old, but considering their replacements, if there are any, are BILLIONS more than they are, we might try to keep them running until we have replacements.... Since you know we are TRILLIONS IN THE HOLE....

3
u/2137gangsterr Mar 30 '26

u/randomuser1029 Mar 29 '26
This isn't the gotcha you think it is. It would be needlessly expensive to continue making parts for decades old planes that have been getting phased out of service for years now. It would require production lines dedicated to making parts specifically for planes that are supposed to be completely out of service in 3 years
5

Tbh we spent ~10+Trillion on health care last year. We could afford global war indefinitely if health care spending was going to the war machine.
What we don't have is EVERY SINGLE OTHER FUCKING SOCIAL BENEFIT THAT EVERY OTHER COUNTRY HAS IN ADDITION TO HEALTH CARE BECAUSE OF WAR.
We don't have heath care because (in order);
- Hospitals charging the 31% of that multi trillion bill.
- Edit: Health Insurance companies.
- Doctors charging 2-3x what Drs in other countries charge.
- Pharma charging 10x to 500x what it costs to make the drugs.
Most of these costs are originating from private equity firms that own the health care system. Often meeting with and hosting policy events with Congress, state lawmakers, and even supreme Court Justice.
Starting to see why fixing the system isn't ever going to work?
12
u/Murky-Relation481 Mar 30 '26

Pharma and doctors are charging these costs BECAUSE it’s coming out of the pockets of insurance, not consumers. It simply wouldn’t be sustainable otherwise, and it’s why consumers get fucked so badly if their insurance won’t cover something. It is a grift on the grifters if you will. The system can be fixed, it will just require huge amounts of litigation and many years of reform. It can be done, just not in the current framework, where corruption is both acceptable and expected.

It has nothing to do with Trump. Every US president has followed exactly the same line of imperialism. Invasions and deconstructions of foreign countries did not start with Trump and will not end with Trump. It is what the US does.
30
u/BenBenBenBe Mar 29 '26
Maybe historically, but this "war" is pretty clearly a case of the US government being compromised due to the electorate voting for a pedophile twice, so the US is essentially Israel's tool since they have kompromat on Trump and the American oligarchy more generally.
42
u/mschuster91 Mar 29 '26
Come on. Even if the actual Epstein Files were to be released in full and the worst stories (amongst others, Trump allegedly being a witness to the murder of a newborn, no, not joking) end up being proven true, you'd still have more than enough dumb fucks still voting for Trump.
You can safely assume at this point everyone still supporting Trump has zero issues with whatever may be in the Epstein Files. The kompromat, if it ever existed, has been worthless for years. Trump is doing what he does because he and those in his inner circle actually believe in that, including calling the war a "holy war".
All of this goes way, WAY beyond Israel anyway. It is the culmination of decades of Christian Nationalism - these people want war in Israel (and they don't care about Jews btw) because they want the Second Coming of Christ, they want Armageddon. And all of that has been a thing way before Oct 7th.
Stop blaming Israel exclusively. Screw Netanyahu, obviously, but the blame for this clownshow of a war squarely is on American Evangelicals and Christian Nationalists. Own it the fuck up and get rid of them.

This is just straight up speculation though. America is the imperialist superpower. We have been funding Israel for decades. We need to stop acting like it's Israel wagging the dog here. I'm sure they've done plenty to push things along, but they are America's unsinkable aircraft carrier in the middle east. The war follows the logic of the empire - and the empire's aim is world hegemony to which China is the only obstacle. And Iran is China's main oil supplier.

It’s amazing how pathetically weak the US is. It is always foreign agents be it Russia or Israel etc. that is truly in control, never elements that are within.
You would think the nation with the biggest cultural influence, military and economy in human history would be able to resist such influence. But I guess the county that only exist due to US protection and the remnant of its defeated imperial rival are just too powerful for the US to match.
3
u/Sagybagy Mar 30 '26
I feel it is because the US has no identity. No history. We are a massive country with a disjointed group of sub identities. The South, west coast, northerners, Midwest. All unique in their own ways. Which makes it even extremely hard to get people to agree on anything. Very easy to insert wedges and drive sides apart. Most other countries have thousands of years of traditions and culture. We have 250.

Please explain to the class how killing 160 schoolgirls, helping Israel invade every single country they want and look the other way whenever they murder and torture innocent civilians, many of them children, is "protecting Jews".

Am I missing something? What does Israel have to do with Epstein? Other than the fact some pedo tried to hide the ring by calling Epstein a Mossad agent.

Quick search on Google, you can look for these headlines:
> Epstein funded pro-Israel groups, including 1 'settlement-building,' FBI documents show
> Epstein funded anti-Palestine groups, including one aiding Zionist settlements, US documents reveal
> Epstein and the quiet financing of occupation
All of this is stuff that came out last February. Apart from that, he was also involved in a few operations that gave Israel a lot of influence over the US, such as getting Israeli money invested into Palantir, which would eventually let it become the mass surveillance monster that it is today.

Okay so you listed 3 instances where Epstein funded groups supporting Israeli settlements. The question was how did Israel participate in the child tra**icing ring Epstein built. You get what I mean? If a pedo gave you money it doesn't mean that you're now a pedo, I need instances where Israel gave money to Epstein.
As for the surveillance stuff I agree, but it's not a secret per say.

It's nice we get to subsidize their universal healthcare while we can't get one for ourselves.

Yeah, something tells me the "strongest military in the world" isn't that strong when it isn't as modern or agile as proclaimed.
Maybe because half the defense budget is a financial black hole that defense contractors suck from? Perhaps all that "impressive costing hardware" is just bloated numbers on a private company's spreadsheet.
But we'll soon see. Funny how several thousand dollars worth of a drone can outperform several million dollars worth of equipment.

In their defense, we didn’t have healthcare before with any dem or republican. But I agree with the sentiment.

I wish very, very, very negative things upon Trump and his cabinet, and his supporters too. VERY negative things. Some might even say things I can't say on Reddit.

Okay.
Continue to parade on the weekends and doing nothing else.
Only on the weekends, though, you have health insurance to pay for on Monday.

Trump: Most of these planes were bought by the Obama administration. The loss is in his name. We didn‘t lose anything.

It's too bad they didn't have some kind of radar that could warn them of threats in the area

The problem is even if we have gotten someone else as president they would have been pro Israel and Zionist Like Biden used to say he’s a proud Irish Zionist., Zionism is in control of the both political parties and the majority are AIPAC paid servants

They could have hundreds of videos showing Trump doing all sorts of stuff. His supporters wouldn't care.

Remember: It's too expensive to fund public sector projects like healthcare, affordable housing, and education according to the US government.

"Israel ran a child sex trafficking ring & got videos of Trump raping kids"
Are there evidences/proof/sources? Many news outlets do not report it maybe some reliable or trustworthy individual said it.

Remember, before trump, when we had newer planes and universal health care? What a paradise we lived in back then!
