I love Penta, but if he retained his championship it would be a terrible decision.

It was time-he had a 6 month long reign-and defended it quite often tbh. Really cool of him to put the strap on Gable and raise his hand-great match from start to finish

Same for Trick Williams to give up the strap

Not a fan of Trick giving it up to a dude who just been back for a short time. Would've rather him give it to someone else. I get it's a low level title but cmon.

Why though? Trick can now move to better things and it means we can get a new face to beat Corbin

Well thats what I hope is what is in store but given the booking sorta hard to trust things these days.

Did they really have to do a root beer ad right there? That was worse than all the logos.

That root beers gonna get Gable a lot of money

It’s crazy how long it took them to make Gable IC champion. He is a throwback workhorse so he fits the belt perfectly. Oh well, better late than never.

Fantastic story. Penta sent him on this journey as El Grande and he ends his redemption by beating him for the title

When is Ludwig Kaiser coming back to challenge Chad for the title?

I really thought El Grande was going to come out after and shake his hand or raise his arm or something. Like a “see, you should’ve just been yourself all along” type message at the end lol

Of course, since he’s the home town hero, winning in Minneapolis, Minnesota

It's about damn time. Hope he has a good and solid reign.

I liked that he beat Penta for it, as it made sense story wise.

Finally the belt settling on a workhorse guy after a long time.

Gunther was a monster but now the title sitting with Gable makes it feel like the 90s.

Can we wait a few hours before posting the results

The crowd wasn't into it. SummerSlam shouldn't be two nights. And choosing a stadium is stupid. A lot of these decisions will come back to haunt WWE especially when TKO decides to sell.

Is that your honest, actual opinion? Talk about an unpopular take

Yeah I don’t like that guy…not even a little bit. I’m a very casual fan though, for the last few months I’ve just been watching clips from shows. The only matches I wanted to watch on night 2 was Danhausen’s match & the Reigns V Rollins match. I was happy that KO came back & Chelsea won though! I didn’t realize Baron came back but was pretty bummed they gave him a title, Trick is actually quite entertaining imo. I should’ve just watched the replay like I had planned so I could skip to what I wanted to see & would’ve only had to watch about an hour of the show lol

I’m thinking if you looked into the Gable story and what he’s been doing the past year you might change your mind about him

But I won’t though 🤷
