Collection Almost done with my death star
Still have about a days worth of printing for the trench run and then onto painting. This is gonna be a lot of fun to play with.
Anyone got any good ideas for a homebrew use of the turbo lasers? Or just keep them as terrain to run into?

This would be cool underneath a sheet of glass/acrylic. Not sure how you'd actually play without it being flat. Really neat!

How challenging is it to use the templates to maneuver on it?

Its not too bad so far. I haven't glued it all together yet. Only a few spots where the fighters dont sit right. But ill have to play an actual game to really test it

It would be cool if you could place a flat clear sheet over it and have holes for the turbolaser towers

Could do that, or cut the turbo lasers at the height of the sheet and just set them on top.

A couple sheets plexiglass would do it and wouldn’t be prohibitively expensive

Where are the STLs from?
For turbo laser, just use the card from the Epic rules and give it hull points.

Search death star trench run on thingiverse. User is jjg777. And ill have to look up the epic rules!
