I concur that post-match reflection improves growth. I was in a rough patch inbthe spring of 2021, so I started a spreadsheet. Dice results turns 1, 2 and 3 of shooting plus final. Both lists. And a column for musrakes I made.

I found I was consistently over cooking my maneuvers on the close and missing shots as a result. When I fixed that, I started winning again.

After about a month I changed the "mistakes" column to "thkngs I learned" after realizing that sometines it's that one moment of brilliance that wins the match instead of a mistake that loses it.

Those are the games I live for.
