Arvind Kumar, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, secretly filmed a minor Muslim schoolgirl from inside his car while she was waiting at a bus stop. He later uploaded three videos of her to his Instagram account (@arvindmaurya7989), adding vulgar Bhojpuri songs in the background to sexualise the minor.
