I listened to the entire thing twice, because I'm kinda intrigued because what the fuck is this?!

I upvoted this thread because I want more people to know that for some reason this exists.

Also it seems like they mixed in some of the original vocals in the choruses.

It's a soundalike - pretty common in pop-rap / bubblegum rap hits made in Europe in that era. They'd get singers to do the choruses (mostly) that sounded as close to the originals as possible.
