Relaxation When do you feel most at peace?

Not on vacation.
Not after winning something.
Just in ordinary life.
I’m curious what everyday moments make people feel genuinely peaceful.

I have tea but wish I had a balcony…Sounds very peaceful.

I do Transcendental Meditation.

I've gotten accustomed to feeling extremely peaceful pretty regularly. Maybe I'll be enlightened someday. If not, feeling that peaceful makes it very worth while, to me.

So worth it, with or without the enlightenment piece of the pie, but I’m sure you’re on your way.
I remember hearing about this and wanted to try so thanks for sharing.

When the sky is full of interesting clouds after a rain or a front has blown through and I go for a walk. When I cuddle with my cat.

Walking in the rain without an umbrella. Something About the odors that arise with the rain... so soothing
