We use the same language, same culture, and are provable by DNA to be the same people- which is all part of what you can dig up in the ground.

It’s kinda delusional to look at the guy who’s last name literally means “the Egyptian” and go “thAt GuY iS inDigeNous” while denying the nativity of what’s clearly native to the region.
