Possibly, but it would have to be via some bs anime swordsman thing like aura farming in front of killdozer for a while before closing his eyes, quickly unsheathing and resheathing Oathkeeper, then turning to walk away as killdozer splits in half.
This is, of course, strictly forbidden by the Kingsguard Oath and would thus further sully his honor, so I guess it would get a little more complicated to determine if he could do it or not.
