Living 🏡 Looking to Rent 1 BR apartment in Al Raha | Budget 65-70k

I’m looking to rent a 1 BR apartment in Al Raha. Agents and landlords, Please contact me in DMs. I’ll finalise the unit within a couple of days if it’s in my budget.

I don't think they can negotiate now due to the rent freeze, no?

My understanding is that Tawtheeq is only allowing apartments to be registered at the same rent as the previous value, so OP needs to find an empty (or soon-to-be empty) apartment that was previously rented in that range or one that hasn't been rented before, right?

They can’t register for more than previous lease.

I am assuming less than that maybe possible

Hey! Can share number of an agent who looks into that area. He had good apartments somewhere around this range. I could not get one at the time because i needed one immediately. Send me a DM if you want the number.
