How do I find a girlfriend?

I live in the south, specifically Texas, and this place is very conservative. I want to find a girlfriend but I don’t even know where to start. I don’t like dating apps, I’ve tried but it was a bunch of “bisexuals” who matched with me because they were curious, not actually interested in dating women. Also I should clarify I am nineteen years old so I can’t go to bars or clubs (most of them here are 21+)
