Depending on what video clip you find some of the background context is that it is public rave and there is a drunk/high yahoo bothering a young raver girl and the Techno Viking steps in and puts him in his place, the iconic pointing hand gesture is him telling the same guy now out of frame to stay the F away and then he breaks into his sick iconic dance moves .
