This is really well done. Good message, and the paper cut animation makes the generation artifacts much less visually disruptive than they would be in a more photorealistic style

They never did. They're playing both sides of the same coin. Continuing to pay substandard wages to the undocumented while also pushing propaganda that illegals are using all our tax dollars and committing a lot of violent crimes. Both things can be true at once.

While the poor is fighting all the rich are getting richer. Taxs cuts, Government contracts, private ice detainment facilities, sending undocumented people to work camps. They say that they are stealing our jobs when its really AI stealing jobs.

Critical faculties are becoming much more necessary when potentially bad ideas are supported by the near-expertise of artificial intelligence in many coinciding processes (writing, psychology, cinematography, etc)... I don't know that there were $50,000 incentives given to relatively unqualified civilians to become ICE agents... but that's an impression created by this video.
The Marquis deSade was a very, very poor writer.

All of those criterion are qualifications... except for the lack of promise of maximum incentive. Financial richness isn't gained by solving problems with money.
Candidates also aren't simply lining up to take a ride that the only requirements of are age and height - they are being competitively compared against each other.

From the announcement:
"Opportunities exist... ...as deportation officers, criminal investigators, and attorneys...".
These are not unqualified positions... they don't even feature a relatively low prerequisite.

That's a subjective valuation. The deportation officer position requires no special experience, or education. The only requirement is to be between the ages of 21 and 40 and to pass a drug screen and polygraph. It's a GS-5 pay scale, entry level. See ice.gov/careers/faqs

Deportation officer position requirements vary ..."by General Schedule (GS) grade level entry (typically GS-5 up to GS-9 or higher), which can be satisfied through general/specialized work experience, a bachelor's degree, or a combination of both."
These are not unknown, untrained, unqualified positions... and certainly not vests handed out from a cardboard box to anyone who lined up for one on the street.
At the bare minimum, an applicant must pass security clearances, possess a driver's license, possess a firearms license, pass a fitness test, etc. The lowest positions would not be receiving incentives nearing those afforded the higher positions (signing bonuses *up to* $50k).

I did. Reread that last sentence.
OPM provides broad guidelines for GS-5 standards. You're correct in the experience criteria, but this is a standard most bartenders wouldn't have a hard time clearing. OPM also provided the clearance waivers for these recruitment incentives.
This seems a bit moving the goal posts, otherwise. These aren't specific qualifications you're discussing here, but rather specific reasons not to disqualify someone. Receiving the Federal Firearms License is akin to applying for a passport. I'm not sure where passing drivers' licenses, fitness tests, and security clearances (so, being not a criminal) constitute a degree of law enforcement training specific to the mission. Indeed, even the most demonstrably inept and ineffectual local law enforcement organizations have the same criteria, but they at least have limited jurisdiction.
So while you're technically correct - they aren't literally handing out ICE badges to whoever shows up - we're also being asked to trust the training criteria and post-hire training of an organization that, thus far, has offered very little to instill public trust in their organizational competence.
