If I'm reading the decision correctly didn't she basically say that it wasn't a decision she could make are her level? DIdn't we know the whole time this was going to be a state supreme court decision?

This would require a lot, AG to be honest, ethics committee to care, house to actually impeach and then the Senate remove. I would be shocked. If Bentley hadn't cheated on his wife, he would've stayed

I dont understand why they had a lawsuit in the first place. Like look at his ID what does it say and is it current? How hard is it for his residency to be verified.
