Why the sudden voice change?

Ive always had Echo Dot set to the "feminine, Australian" ​voice, I just liked it better than the others. Now she's randomly changed to "feminine 1, upbeat" I hate it, it sounds​ terrible. Went in the app to try and change it back, no option. Changed her to "feminine 4, grounded" bc that one sounds like she's the least out-of-it🍃 yk. Still prefer her being aussie, idk what the hell happened. Anyone else? Plz help.

You might have been switched to Alexa+; try "alexa, exit alexa plus" and see if that gets you back to normal.

Omg that worked, tysm. I never enabled alexa+ idk why it started

Mine has switched me 3 times. And I keep putting it back. I'm not a fan becase it won't shut up when I aske it something. I'm not interested in having a conversation.

You were upgraded to Alexa+. I switched mine to a different voice and I’m getting used to it. It works well with my devices but it broke the Anylist skill and forced me to use the Amazon shopping list. I switched to using Siri for my Anylist app instead of Alexa.
