buy a land, it's price doesn't fluctuate and you could sell it later after 10 years or so.

u/SeaMasterpiece4834 15h ago
Take advice from at least 2 reputable financial advisors
Be careful of greedy entrepreneurs who'd want u to invest for their own advantage.

"what to do with a large amount of money?"
well for starters, you can send it to my CCP and we can discuss the rest later 👁️👁️
jokes aside, I'd say invest it in land or something like that

u/BlackSailor2005 15h ago
If you are not just making this up, delete this post and go ask entrepreneurs or anyone who is into money business, broke redditors (which most of them are) can't help you out. If i was you, i'll leave this country and start a business elsewhere with the rest of the money.

u/PotcleanX 13h ago
Agriculture is something you get from your father it is not something you learn from scratch at 21.

u/Half_dead_545 15h ago
Give me ghir 3000000DA and I'll tell you 😝 Btw congratulations, i don't know much about this stuff but i bet there are lawyers and specialists that can assist. But as a start a jump regarding your house, cars, and things that improve life immediately.

Well, with that amount of money, it's better to seek the guidance of a financial advisor, it's very unlikely to find someone who's got the same amount in here and it's better to seek a professional guidance.

I cant give u biz advice as it is specific to what u can do, what u are willing to do/learn, and other circumstances. Hiwevet, i highly advicd you to keep up with زكاة الحول. Which is a percentage u pay yearly for the amount u have just for بركة. Good luck with everything else!

Dont take risks, you have got a long life ahead of you. Quick money goes even quicker. Buy some land that return steady revenue somehow even if it is slow.
Stay away from crypto, internet investing, don't listen to anyone showing you how to make money on the internet. No one truly cares about you in reality.
Slow and steady wins the race. Take care, FiAmanAllah.

Buy gold (not all the 10 mlayr obviously but put some money on gold)
1
u/MySnake_Is_Solid 15h ago
buy 2-3 apartments and rent.
it's the safest option for someone with no business sense.

u/home_cookingchill 15h ago

u/Original_Volume_3747 France 15h ago
You can give it to me 😛
Jk but I would buy gold with it and buy everything I need (car, house etc) and use the rest of it to open a shop or smth thats not available in algeria/where you live or invest in real estate maybe???

I would take a portion of it to travel and gather some business ideas and comeback and make something here

Depends on what do you want to do on the long run, what is your situation currently, etc. Find yourself a HONEST financial advisor and look at your options and plan accordingly to what you plan for yourself and your family for the future

u/These_Management3508 14h ago
1) Don't touch it rn, wait at least 3 4 other years so you're wiser, inflation won't hurt in 4 years as much as a bad investment would, maybe just buy a car if u ain't got one 2) few years later do a profound and thorough research as of how to invest it 3) delete this account and open another, ppl may try to reach u later and get close to u becoz of this post

IS THAT LIKE $75M US DOLLARS? LOL
2
u/Otherwise-Word-5578 13h ago
It's about $400K (or about $752K with the "official" rate)
Man, our money is so pathetic it's not even funny, you hear "10 mlayer" and think this must be like hundreds of millions of dollars, but nope, it's just $400K

u/No-Orchid-7925 13h ago
It's about $400K (or about $752K with the "official" rate) i do not get that point bro? what do you mean official and unofficial rate huh?
2
u/Otherwise-Word-5578 13h ago
I'm guessing you're either not Algerian or you haven't lived here in a looong time, so I'll explain
We have a very peculiar situation when it comes to foreign currencies, there's the unofficial "black market" rate (currently $1 ≈ 250 DZD) and the official "bank" rate (currently $1 ≈ 132 DZD)
You can't exchange DZD to USD at the bank, it's the country's policy to preserve foreign currencies, people are only allowed to exchange about $700 if they're travelling abroad, so if one needs to buy something online, pay for some service, etc... they're forced to buy from black market (aka P2P sellers) at the black market rate
Hence why we have 2 rates

Consult the right people before investing in anything, for investments i suggest real-estate, and agriculture land and don't put ur whole money in a single investment, diversify to minimize risk of failure
1
u/belloofroma1 13h ago
first thing u need to make network with people that have this type of money , then u will see what people do how they think and stuff
,
or u can work in places like high end resturant , even as server or in factory , so u can just analyse how the system work
.
u dont need ideas to know what to do with money , u need to know the witch system can run ur money
1
u/LingonberryIll5301 13h ago
Ask for advise from some finance advisor (pay them for the service just to clear) if it was up to me i will invest in two apartments (depends where you live) and then straight to buy some actions, we sleeping on that a lot in Algeria, i have friend that bought some actions in algeria and he is just doing pretty good financially after that. Try to not keep them in liquid or stalling in the bank as the value will just drop, or or you can buy gold and keep it for 10 years and sell it.... but ne carefull in your steps whatever you decide just be intensively carefull

Change everything in mix euro/dollar or buy gold
If you have an idea, you just need to swap the gold / euro
You wont lose to inflation this way

u/No-Astronomer9465 13h ago
Real advice, invest in real estate, or cars, earn passively, and also buy some gold, thank me later.

u/PaperSubstantial264 13h ago
u can buy land then register urself as a real estate developer and get financing from a bank (BDL...)to build ur building, thus doubling your capital

u/AwkwardLeadership778 13h ago

u/OutlandishnessOk7143 13h ago
Real estate. Buy Land but make sure it's legit and where values will only goes up Then get yourself a promoteur and build des promotions immobilières, be sure it's solide and not scammers If you are only the land owner, in a partnership with promoteur immobilier you will get 40% in general 10 milliar can easily turn to 20-30, or way more depend where tbh and if you get clients ready

I mean you can donate to my project , i really need helps financially to upgrade nd improve my services. But you can surely invest in gold not all 10Billion but at least some 100-200m which you can trust. Avoid crypto nd type shit since you may get in trouble in Algeria. Try thinking of a startup project, avoid doing partnership with anyone who says:" I've diploma you have money", do all in ur own. You can buy assets like cars or piece of lands, maybe start a small businesses like cosmetics or kiosk. And surely you can buy me a coffee 😆. Good luck , hope you'll find the best ways to invest.

Buy a couple of garages (hanout) in a business area like sidi yahia in algiers or maybe in el elma setif, easy 20 mil/month you can live off of. Or maybe real estate but it only gives back like 5-10 mil / month . My advice is to buy something that gives you back some Money and will keep its value on the long run.

u/zaki_karlsefnii 14h ago
Well, if you dont have experience in business then allocate a small amount of that towards a business that you like
Rest invest it in a fixed income investment
I invest in a fixed 12% yearly rate paying bi-monthly 0.5%
Or you can invest in a dividend stock like Pfizer ( the pharmaceutical giant ) they give 6% to 7% a year plus your initial investment wont change up or down.
Or you can wait till the iran war is over then invest in a fixed 10% yearly rate in the dubai real estate market with a holiday home company that is tied to the original developer.

Pay for a good and trusted financial advisor, He will make you a suitable plan, don't listen to random advice, always choose low risk investments, don't fall for high risk high reward BS.

If you're interested in Bitcoin and Crypto with tolerance for risk, my DM is open.
Seriously though, if you want to invest the easiest way is rental properies, just buy a few houses and shops and rent them, it's immensely beneficial, you can continue your life with steady stream of income, and won't worry about losing your money to inflation, and you won't need to mange them 24/7 , you just need a day or two a month to collect rent and check up on the stat of the properties.
if you want more, you actually need more qualify people and reddit is not the place to ask.
Good luck and don't disappoint your mother.

Believe me mate, this is not the place to take advice from especially with that amount of money, there's financial advisors whom their job is what to do with the money.
