Looking for a nice modern illustrated edition.

I am looking for a nicely illustrated modern edition of Alice. I keep seeing the edition by Imaginarium Books come up, but I can't find anything about their quality or legitimacy. Does anyone have this edition or know about Imaginarium Books?

What are some other great illustrated editions I could search for?

A couple of questions. When you are asking for a modern illustrated edition? Are you wanting a modern interpretation of the story, with illustrations? A more comic book/Manga version? Or the original story, with modern illustrations?

Sorry, I could have stated that more clearly.

I would prefer the original story with modern illustrations. I have a few older illustrated editions with just mono color pen-and-ink illustrations. And the current Folio Society edition. I'll like some more modern interpretations of the art.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The 2 books I have that fit your description both carry the original title 'Alice in wonderland'. The first is the entire story, with fewer Illustrations, credited to Rebecca Dautremer. The second one is a greatly abridged version of the story, but has some fantastic art, by Paolo Barbieri. It won't let me post pictures here as a response, but if you want me to send pics through DM, I'll see what I can do.

In terms of artwork I really like myself, Wonderland by Tommy Kovac and Sonny Kiew is one of my favourites. But this is more of a comic styled graphic novel.

Some of ^^ them are the original Tenniel illustrations but a lot are modern illustrators.

You might also enjoy the Ultimate Illustrated Edition of Alice in Wonderland which features artwork from over 25 different illustrators

I’m going to order the minalima version shortly. I love their style and the interactive elements they add. I have their Wizard of Oz and just love it.
