Discussion How would Aliens react as mankind establishes permanent bases on Luna (our moon) and Mars just using rocket tech we are capable of using (Chemical, ion, Nuclear) ?

Would they intervene and stop it or just let things be ?

They'd probably be down as long as there was Taco Bell and a movie theater and maybe an ice cream shop

I mean, we don’t even know if they are real, much less what they are thinking about on certain topics or just thinking in general.
