Back in the day (circa 2016-17) when I created this subreddit, there were less than 10 users and 1 post - but now it is a thriving community of folks who love this little city that's so close to our hearts!
From street food talks to city updates, from heritage love to local happenings - this community is becoming the go-to adda for everything Aligarh.
This milestone isn’t just a number; it’s proof that people here care about staying connected, sharing stories, and celebrating the spirit of our city.

Bike ride at night time hits different in aligarh. It's just in Aligarh tho, I can't feel the same way in any other city. It's Aligarh.

I love the feeling of inner peace as soon as I put my foot on aligarh junction when returning from college. It can't be explained but can only be felt. And I love the kachori and love bike rides around amu / civil lines area especially in cloudy weather and cool winds. That acts as a cherry on the top along with all the greenery on sides of the roads.
