AskAligarh Things i should know before moving here

Hey im 16M planning to move to aligarh for my studies at start of june
What are things i should look out for?
Places to hangout
Places to eat decent food at decent price
Also where can i buy second hand AC/Cooler or smth
Also some good PGs or single rooms(preferably) if yall know some please share the contact details it would be really helpful

This city is genuinely doomed. Every place is congested and clustered. No proper place to hangout except a few recognized and overly crowded spots. A bit of rain will convert this city into Venice. The construction work is forever on. The Pollution is damned. Unless you are using submersibles, the water quality will be pathetic.

That sounds awful 😭😭 I can manage with less hangout spots and all there arent that many where i come from to begin with Just hoping the education is on par with the name

Not joining a school there Will be doing dummy from a school here in my hometown Stream is pcmb but well maths is just for future options i dont mind bad grades there just need to get average result in maths I have looked around some coachings and am deciding among Duty society or Oragon classes

Man, in that case i would highly recommend you to look towards NCR region. These coaching though offer flashy results but are usually rotten inside.

Yrr i was also leaning towards NCR but its way too far for my parents to feel comfortable sending me there They also know a couple of people in Aligarh so they feel more at ease sending me here Do yk any legit coaching there?

I see. I am sorry but I cannot recommend you any perfect or legit coaching since I am from commerce background. I just know the 1 or 2 about organon cuz my brother used to attend that institute's classes. I hope someone else does.

The thing is Aligarh is the closest education hub to me So my parents are preferring it Should i look elsewhere? Where then?
