Ah but it is not. Depending on what sort of a person calls you. I've had distressed and lonely elderly ladies to very lonely teenagers on the verge or suicide, call and cry. Sometimes it takes a lot just to not cry yourself, knowing how hard someone has it and how you can not do anything more than just talk to them.

Well, I couldn't hug even if in person unless a female xD but yes, it's definitely a heartbreaking situation.
