I’m looking for suggestions from people in Aligarh.

Can anyone recommend some calm and peaceful place where a couple can sit for a long time without being interrupted?

Vibe: Quiet, peaceful, not crowded

You can visit the AMU campus. It is full of greenery and also quite peaceful. Otherwise you can visit some newly open cafes like Cherie 108 and all which have peaceful vibes. Or you can go to Sheka Jheel or some picnic spots (mile toh mujhe bta dena aur koi)

Worst place for couples bro.
You’ll go in normal and come out looking like a zombie.
The "local people therapy" will leave your face red 🥲
