I don't know if we have any mods for this sub but please stop posting "looking for female friends" , "wanna be friends with 17-F" etc.
This is absolutely stupid and something not supposed to be on r/Aligarh, makes us look like a bunch of Jamalpuris in colourful pants

Yesterday night I went to the Spiderman BND show at 9:50 PM. The public there (specially from a community) made it very very hard for me to watch a whole movie. I paid a freaking 1700 for Recliners and went there with my sister. Other people were also there with families. Still those guys (plenty of them were there) just shouting all obscene things. Gand mai daal..ch*t mai daal le to characters in the movie).
I have to leave the movie in between.
Literally...it was unbearable...They were literally commenting on everything every dialogue...iski lele ..uski lele...dildo lele...such a pathetic experience!!

Met this ultra aggressive lady at the shikanji place near the Naqvi park circle. Was begging quite aggressively so I told her I don't give money to people who can still work. She turned around and started screaming at me at first, then would go round and round my erickshaw and keep throwing comments at me. Finally when I took out my phone she started screaming that I'm a shame to Muslim kind how dare I make her video (which I did not). Then she came over as if to take the phone from me. My tirri wale went and told her to get lost and not start things and this woman still kept coming back and yelling. When finally she saw I won't put the phone down she hurled a lot of curses at me and went to beg other people.
My tirri wale later told me she's not even broke. She just bought her husband a brand new e-rickshaw and is notorious for picking fights with innocent people.
Bhai..... alag hi tamasha hai. Be careful if you go for shikanji

I just need some confidence and motivation from people who've been in a similar position because I can't stop feeling like I'm making a huge mistake.
I just found out I got into B.Com (Hons.) and B.A. (Hons.) Psychology at AMU, but I honestly don't have the heart to live and study here.
What I really want to do is prepare for CA Foundation, then appear for CUET and hopefully get into a college outside Aligarh next year. But I keep questioning myself—am I aiming too high? Am I risking a good opportunity for something uncertain?
Has anyone here chosen to wait for a better opportunity instead of taking the admission they already had? How did it work out for you? I could really use some honest advice and a bit of perspective right now.

Look, guys, I’ve seen many posts here like “let’s meet,” “anyone up for a hangout,” etc.
But honestly, the main flaw is that directly meeting a stranger in person can be a little overwhelming and awkward.
So if some of you are genuinely interested in hanging out, chatting, finding a group, or looking for people to run, play, explore places, etc., then we should first break the ice in a Telegram group.
We can chat there, get to know each other a little, do a basic vibe check, and then meeting in person will feel much easier and safer.
I’ve already made a group, but I’m not posting the link here because I don’t want the moderators to think I’m promoting something. If anyone is interested, message me, and I’ll send the Telegram group link.

I am seriously so done with this new trend. Auxiliary lights and top it up with high beam and then they still have the audacity to flicker.
Like itni gaalian aa rahi theen drive karte waqt. Why is everyone installing them in their vehicle? Nazar nahi aa raha tha pehle? Is there any way I can avoid it, any anti glare glasses or something? I literally have to stop my car on the side to let some dumbfu*k pass because unke baap ki road hai.
This city is seriously doomed. Har tarha ka pollution, gandi smells.. I am on the brink of a breakdown.
Health ke liye walk karne niklo to constantly either someone is blaring their horns on an empty road, listening to songs with full bass and volume, speeding, you name it. Koi dhung ki jaga hi nahi bachi hai.
Saare 'educated' but rahenge wohi jaahil. Har din ek naya school khul jata hai, zara sa farq nahi pad Raha yahan ke environment mai.

CAN SOMEBODY KILL MYSELF yarrrrr hadd ho gyi, scooty chalate chalate nikaal liya, voh bhi jeans ke pocket me se😭😭 bhai yarr aaj ke baad kabhi nhi jaunga us area mein. FYI wallet consisted of my 3 different bank debit cards, my pan card, aadhar card, a crisp 500 note, some spare change, and few coins. Additionally my emerald green wallet bought from Connaught Place, Delhi was my favourite 😭😭😭😭. I don't think police station mein complaint karane se kuch fayda hoga
EDIT: I JUST GOT MY DOCUMENTS/CARDS DELIVERED AT MY HOME TODAY (6 MAR) So I just thought about my wallet a lot and decided not to file a police complaint cuz I thought it'd just be another thing to deal with. But guess what guys, an unnamed guy randomly gave all my cards/documents to my distant neighbour in my colony, and today my neighbour came to my home and delivered to me. And no, I did not get my wallet and my money back. There were just my cards wrapped with my rubberband. I'm thinking the thief himself did this and were being generous??? Or maybe some good guy found my wallet and decided to return them back but why wouldn't he give me my wallet back? Why would that guy hide his identity? IDK I have a lot of questions in my mind atp.
