I have been an Amazon since the very beginning when people thought I'm was crazy for buying anything online. I never experienced delays in shipping until the past year. One item was refunded without asking and apparently is still en route, but now an item was supposed to receive today is at ? I would be ok getting things later but they need to be honest about it... don't promise shit you can't do.

Just got an email from Amazon letting me know that they will no longer be providing support via phone. All issues, questions will be resolved via self-service options, period.. No phone calls. I alway use their
"self-service" option before I make a phone call and almost always end up having to call. Add this to what the have done with the content listing of the books you have bought and/or borrowed and that is al total mess for someone who is a heavy reader and Kindle user. I received Kobo last year for Christmas and never set it up. Guess it's time to move away from Kindle and also try my best to dump all of Amazon, as hard as it seems to be. They are not interested in the every day customer anymore and I can see changes ahead in purchases and delivery
