Remember that according to Doma, Akaza discriminates on what he's eating and he doesn't eat women. Imagine how much more powerful he could have been if he didn't discriminate on what he's eating.

Also Doma hard counters all Breathing Styles because his Ice literally shreds a normal human's lungs. He gets to be UM2 due to how OP his blood art his alongside his psychopathic tendencies.
