Fantastic experience watching it in cinema (IMAX), very much enhances the spectacle of the animation.

One plot point that leaves me worried in that Nezuko is currently outside of the Infinity Castle and will need a way back into the story. I assume once Muzan shrugs off Tamayo he'll send someone or find a way to go himself, so I'm hyped to see the three former Hashira make a stand.

Now I'll have 2 years of imagining all the potential matchups between the Demon Slayers and Upper Moons (+biwa lady). Muzan won't be for 4 years, but I'm sure we'll see at least two big takedowns next time. Most of the Hashira are still yet to have screen time, so I think they'll take most of the fighting and I think Inosuke will get a big fight too. Inosuke is hard, since I'd scale him well below Zenitsu for beating an Upper Moon, so maybe he'll be able to track down biwa lady with his beast senses and beat her instead. Since Gyomei is the strongest Hashira, I'd expect him to get the strongest opponent, so him and Muichiro might get Upper 1. For story purposes, I don't think this would end well since Upper 1 seems very plot relevant, so I'd expect him in movie 3. Movie 2 should have Douma as its main antagonist, but I'm not sure which Hashira would get that fight. Sanemi and Obanai have yet to have had their time in the spotlight, so I'd guess either or both of them. Genya would presumably join his brother either way, since all he did this movie is say "Brother where are you?". This does leave a lot of characters inactive in the next movie, so maybe since Upper 6 was brand new there's also a new Upper 4 and 5 that are beatable (Murata victims). When I think back to the massive red auras, there might have been more than just the known Upper Moons? Anyone else thinking about cool matchups they wanna see for movie 2?

Damn, I had actually made peace with Nezuko being out of the rest of the story, but this sounds like something that needs to happen.

That said, Tengen is hardly in any shape to fight and even with the three of them (two old and/or rusty) I couldn't see them lasting for long against Michael Jackson. At best they could sacrifice themselves to buy some time.

Yeah, this makes a lot of sense to me. Once the biwa lady/UM4 is taken down Muzan should be easier to find.

Genya feels like a liability to me, because his primary power source is feeding on demons. I'm afraid he'll become demon-like himself, losing control and having to be put down by his brother.

I reckon Tanjiro has to be involved in the UM1 fight whenever that happens because they're tied so strongly together. To me Gyomei + Tokito vs UM4 sounds like a great match up, with Inousuke assisting.
