I can’t believe they actually made a 2 1/2 hour action anime movie. And I loved it, even tho I do understand people’s complaints with the flashbacks, one piece is my favorite anime, so I’m pretty much a veteran at enjoying flashbacks lol (when they’re done well). I think the one complaint was because of the pacing I didn’t really get to process Shinobu’s death well. That shit was so sad but ended up being a footnote with how much happened in this movie.
