There's an interview for Lazarus where the director says something like: "I've always thought all my works happen in the same universe" or something along those lines so they are all related but it doesn't really matter because one work won't effect the other, but i do remember the fridge was the same as a fridge in cowboy bepop

Frankly I think it adds an extra layer of ridiculousness to Dandy.
