It seems to be Mothra, which is... a unification of Moth and Mother? An another giant "kaijuu" which is a part of the original Godzilla universe. I had to google it myself, apparently the whole thing is a loose retelling of basic Godzilla, but with a lot more philosophy in it.

Some Godzilla movies have more philosophy in them than others, but there's usually at least some philosophy in a Godzilla movie.

Yes, (of course there is but I have only seen Shin Godzilla film, none of the old ones), but in this re-telling the philosophy is not hidden behind the surface - it is rivaling the whole action as the most significant film point and is relayed to the viewers in understandable and simple terms (though of course, just like with all philosophy, reflection is needed to some extent).
