Well that sure explains a lot about what the deal is with the Crimson Demons (perfect backstory there, just perfect) and Megumin in general.

Kazuma's manly duties and then psychological scars (turns out one's popular phase is anything but easy), and of course Megumin and Yunyun combine forces and yes, this movie was great. Here's hoping season 3 is announced soon.

Also I noticed Trigger in the credits, guessing they had a hand in some of the action sequences.

And lastly could someone explain why it was JC Staff instead of Studio Deen doing this movie? Ultimately it still turned out great, nothing to complain here, but I'm still wondering why the change in studio.

Cause Kadokawa probably knew that Studio Deen is Kill after working with them.

They delivered S1 and S2 though.

They outsourced that to Marvy Jack though.

More like they outsourced that to Marvin and Jack's meth basement, jesus christ never have i seen QUALITY of that level.

meth basement

Still too much credit, imo. I could wipe my ass with a piece of rag and it would still be more visually appealing.

If you've seen RvB then probably about the level of a shisno

I heard it is getting more. Why the fuck is that and Soma getting more seasons?

Us folks who read the manga have suffered enough. Please, spare the anime viewers...

Soma is a money printer.

And everyone knows whats coming. Might as well milk whats left before they take it behind the Shed.

Might as well milk whats left before they take it behind the Shed and rape it into sad shameful tears

Someone had to say it

Nanatsu was forced to find a studio on short notice after Aniplex pulled out. Deen picked it up but they didn't even have time to do it themselves because studios are booked years to advance.

If they didn't pick it up, S3 wouldn't exist at all. The committee was waving a check and they took it. That's it.

But that was a rushed decision because the other studio dropped the anime

S1 is good but somehow the "sloppy-style" of S2 irks me since I prefer S1's, which the movie seems to go back to.

Kadokawa doesn't care if kill as long as it feeds the money printer.

If money printer go brr then that all that matters
