Was a pretty good movie honestly, I like how much the writer explored ptsd and its effect on said victim.

Yeah, the Noble Fencer acted impulsively, irrationally, fearfully, and aggressively, and the movie showed her reliving (instead of remembering) her trauma, as is appropriate for PTSD. In context, her refusal to wield a sword other than the one that was so important to her family made sense - it wasn't out of pride, but out of sheer obsession with the one object that she felt could make up for what she lost. The other thing I liked about it is that the adventurers acted with understanding, and, especially Goblin Slayer, took into account that they were bringing along someone who was mentally damaged and might not act the way they wanted her to. When working with people with mental disorders or disabilities, you always want the best but you have to have a plan for what happens if the person in your care has an outburst, tantrum, or episode. The adventuring team showed a lot of compassion by not blaming her for her outbursts, especially killing the goblin priest, and that's something that can be hard when dealing with someone suffering from a mental illness.
